Breana is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UW-Oshkosh prior to obtaining her Master’s Degree in Professional Community Counseling from Lakeland University.
Breana has experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, and families. Breana’s previous experience comes from being an intensive in-home therapist, working directly in the homes with families, their family systems, and family dynamics. Kelsey specializes working with adults, and has a passion for working with women struggling with trauma, anxiety, and relationships. She utilizes a variety of evidenced-based practices including Brainspotting- a technique used in healing even the most severe trauma and PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and systemic therapies. Kelsey is a certified Prepare-Enrich assessor, Brainspotting practioner, certified grief specialist, and is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University-Twin Cities. Kelsey is a Waupaca native, and enjoys living in the area she grew up in with her husband, two girls, and pug.

Tory Suehs is Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years working with children and families in residential and out-patient mental health. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Behavioral Science & Law with a Criminal Justice certificate from UW-Madison, and her Masters of Arts in Community Counseling from Lakeland University.
Tory has worked with clients who struggle with anxiety, anger management, cognitive delays, peer difficulties, oppositional defiant disorder, sensory concerns, have experienced trauma, or have sexually reactive behaviors.
Tory believes that everyone is unique and that it is important to have a toolbox of skills to help individuals find skills and solutions that will work for them. She loves working with kids and families, helping them envision and look forward to their futures, reach their goals, and be successful.

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She is a Plover, WI native and has spent the past decade living and working in Central Wisconsin. Megan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from UW-Madison.

Sarah E. Foss MS, LPC, CSAC
Sarah Foss is a licensed professional counselor and clinical substance abuse counselor. She received her master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Wisconsin Stout in 2008 with a substance abuse counseling specialization. Sarah has more than 15 years of experience treating clients in both residential and outpatient settings using evidence based treatment interventions. She works primarily with clients struggling with addiction, depression and anxiety issues. She also works with individuals, couples and families to address relational concerns.Sarah’s approach to therapy is meeting clients where they are at in the change process, helping them determine where they want to go, and developing a plan of how to get there. She believes strongly in the power of self-talk and how our thoughts and belief systems influence our ability to accomplish what we want to in life. She provides a relaxed therapeutic setting where clients can feel comfortable working on personal issues.

Katie Tryba, MA, LPC-IT

Katie Tryba is a Licensed Professional Counselor – IT. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University. Her diverse background includes teaching special education, facilitating at a day treatment for children and adolescents, published short stories author, and a volunteer sexual assault advocate.
Katie is trained in Brainspotting Phases 1-2. Brainspotting is a non-invasive technique that helps your brain source difficult feelings, memories, and access its own self healing capacity.
Katie is trained in Gottman Method Couples Counseling Level 1 and interned for 1 year with a fully licensed Gottman Couples Counselor. The accelerated methods I use can help you get to the heart of the matter and rapidly implement change.

Dan Frye MS, LMFT
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Dan offers encouragement and assistance to individuals, couples, and families. He enjoys helping his clients with various relationship and mental health concerns: including anxiety, depression, parenting techniques, parent/child, and couple relationship, challenges. Dan earned his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and i s a fully licensed and insured psychotherapist in the state of Wisconsin.
Dan is formally trained in a variety of evidenced-based couple and family systems therapy approaches. Additionally, he works with individuals using Marsha Linehan’s Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the Beck Institute’s Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with other scientifically proven tools to help people improve their relationships and lives.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys motorcycling, playing guitar, working with his hands, and traveling with his family. A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Dan has lived and worked in Central Wisconsin since 1994. Dan works with people of all ages but prefers to work with parents and the whole family system when a child is younger than age twelve.
